Launch readiness · clear tracking & access before any spend
A campaign can't be set active until every required item is checked — enforced in the database, not just here. This is the go-live gate from the GTM cross-check, turned into a lock.
Your security · two-factor authentication for your login
Protect your agency login with an authenticator app. Once enabled, you'll enter a 6-digit code at each sign-in.
Managing people and access has moved to Setup → Admin panel (admins only).
Clients · the organisations you work for
| Client | Campaigns | People |

Events & targets · the numbers the campaign is judged against
Targets are per event, not per campaign — several campaigns can feed one event and roll up to the same target. Leave a target at 0 and it stays hidden on the dashboard.
| Event | Client | Window | Exhibitor target | Booked | Visitor target | Registered |
|---|
Campaigns · across every client
A new campaign is seeded with all 9 standard channel lines and the launch checklist, and starts as draft — it can't spend until Readiness is cleared.
| Campaign | Client | Objective | Status | Budget |
|---|
People & access · who can see what
Admin: full control, the only role that can manage people. Agency: runs campaigns and enters data for every client. Client: reads and qualifies leads where granted. Viewer: read-only — cannot qualify or edit anything.
| Name | Role | Access |
|---|
Grant access
Leave Campaign as — all campaigns — to grant the whole client. Pick one to give a stakeholder a single campaign and nothing else. Viewers are read-only regardless of this setting.
Campaign rules · enforced in the database, not just here
Budget & pacing guardrails
Caps on how fast a campaign can burn. Turn on hard block and the database will reject an over-cap entry outright.
Naming & data quality
Stops impossible numbers reaching the database — clicks above impressions, reach above impressions, landing views above clicks, negatives.
Launch checklist · the campaign can't go active until every required item is ticked
Activity log · every optimisation, on the record
| When | Type | Channel | Change |
|---|
Logged optimisations feed the Portfolio Health strip — a campaign with no action in 7 days flags red.
Daily data entry · add each day's numbers per channel
Only raw counts are ever typed — every rate and cost (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPL, cost per qualified lead) is calculated. The form shows only the fields the selected channel's objective needs. CSV columns: entry_date, channel, spend, impressions, clicks, reach, video_views, landing_views, leads_reported, platform_conversions.
Channel summary · each line judged on its own objective
Data is entered against a campaign; platform rows are totals and can't receive data directly. The best and worst campaign inside each platform are highlighted — that spread is where the optimisation decisions live. Platform conv. is what the ad platform reports (can be fractional); Leads counts real records from the Leads tab.

How this page works
Pick the platforms this campaign runs on, then tick the goals you are actually buying — Performance Max, Lead Forms, Reach and so on. Each tick becomes a campaign line: the row daily numbers are entered against, judged on its own metric.
Lines already set up show a ✓ and can't be added twice. Rename lines, set market tiers or delete them under Daily data → Channel summary.
