Everything you can do in Kreate Signal

Kreate Signal is the shared workspace where Kreative Clan and every client watch the same live campaign numbers. Your team keeps the performance data current; the client marks which leads are real. Together that produces the one figure that decides where budget goes: cost per qualified lead. This guide walks through the whole platform — first the ideas everyone shares, then what each side does day to day.

Start here

How the platform is organised

Three ideas explain everything else: a hierarchy, a shared source of truth, and a single decision metric.

Clients → campaigns

Each client is a container that holds one or more campaigns. You switch client and campaign from the pickers in the top bar; every chart, lead and report is scoped to the campaign you have selected.

One source of truth

There is no separate "agency view" and "client view" of the numbers. Everyone sees the same data. Roles only change what you can edit — not what you can see for your own campaigns.

Cost per qualified lead

Spend divided by the leads the client has marked qualified. This is the number the whole platform is built to surface, because it reranks channels away from cheap-but-junk traffic.

Who can do what

Roles & access

Two roles, cleanly separated. Everyone signs in at the same place with the credentials they were issued.

Agency (Kreative Clan team)

Runs the campaigns

  • Sees every client and campaign in the account.
  • Enters daily performance data, logs optimisations, manages channels.
  • Creates clients, campaigns and logins; controls the readiness gate.
  • Can enable two-factor authentication on their own login.
Client team

Qualifies the leads

  • Sees only their own client's campaigns — enforced in the database.
  • Marks each lead Qualified or Unqualified — the input that powers the core metric.
  • Reads all charts, trends and recommendations for their campaigns.
  • Downloads a dated PDF report at any time — no waiting for month-end.
New logins are created by the agency with a temporary password. On first sign-in, use Forgot password? to set your own. Data isolation between clients is enforced by row-level security in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
The number that matters

Why cost per qualified lead

Raw cost-per-lead flatters channels that produce cheap, low-intent volume. Qualifying fixes that.

A channel might deliver leads at £8 each and look like the winner. But if the client qualifies only one in ten, the true cost of a lead worth chasing is £80. Another channel at £20 CPL that qualifies half its leads costs just £40 per qualified lead — and is quietly the better buy.

cost per qualified lead = spend ÷ client-qualified leads

Signal computes this per channel automatically as the client qualifies leads, then reranks the channels and writes plain-language recommendations from it. That is the whole point of the platform: turn a shared spreadsheet argument into one agreed, honest number.

For the agency team

Running a campaign in Signal

Your daily and weekly workflow, tab by tab. Click any card to expand it.

Performance data tab

Enter each day's numbers

The foundation everything else is built on.
  1. Open Performance dataDaily data entry. Pick the date and channel, then enter spend, impressions and clicks for that day.
  2. Repeat per channel. To backfill or bulk-load, use Import CSV with columns entry_date, channel, spend, impressions, clicks.
  3. Daily entries roll up automatically into the channel totals, the spend-pacing chart and the day-by-day trend charts — no separate step.
  4. Keep Monthly spend — plan vs actual current so the pacing chart has a budget to measure against.
  5. Under Campaign settings, set the budget and the cost-per-qualified-lead target this campaign is judged against.
Enter data consistently — ideally daily. The trend charts and the "no activity in 7 days" health flag both rely on regular entries.
Activity tab

Log every optimisation

Creates an accountable record and feeds the health strip.
  1. Whenever you change something — a new creative, a budget shift, targeting, a bid, a pause or resume — log it in Activity.
  2. Pick the change type and channel, and note what changed (from → to). It's timestamped against your name automatically.
  3. Logged actions feed the Portfolio Health strip on the dashboard. A campaign with no logged action in 7 days flags red, so nothing drifts unmanaged.
The activity log doubles as your evidence trail when a client asks "what did you change last week?"
Readiness tab

Clear the go-live gate

A campaign can't be set active until it's genuinely ready.
  1. Open Readiness for the campaign. Work through the checklist: tracking verified, access granted on all ad accounts, budgets confirmed, and so on.
  2. Each item must be checked before the campaign can move to active. This lock is enforced in the database, not just the interface.
  3. Once every required item is complete, activate the campaign. The gate exists so no spend starts before conversions can actually be measured.
Pair this with the Go-live QA guide, which walks the tracking checks in detail.
Team & clients tab

Manage clients, campaigns & logins

Onboard a new account end to end.
  1. Create the client with + New client, then add a campaign under it with + New campaign (standard channels are seeded for you).
  2. In Team & client logins, create a login: name, email, a temporary password, and role (Agency or Client). For a client login, attach the client org.
  3. Share the temporary password. The user signs in, then sets their own password via Forgot password?.
Agency users see every client; client users see and qualify only their own campaigns.
Team & clients → Your security

Turn on two-factor authentication

Protects the login that can see every client.
  1. Under Your security, start enrolment and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy).
  2. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. From then on you'll enter a fresh code at each sign-in.
  3. You can disable it later from the same panel. Two-factor is available to agency logins because they carry the most access.

Reading Signal & qualifying leads

Short and focused — your job is to tell us which leads are real and to read the results.

Leads & qualification tab

Qualify each lead

The single most valuable thing you do here.
  1. Open Leads & qualification. Each row is a lead the campaign generated, with its channel, sector and date.
  2. For every lead, mark it Qualified (a real, relevant prospect) or Unqualified (spam, wrong fit, duplicate).
  3. Use the filter to work through Pending only so nothing is missed. Your marks instantly update the cost-per-qualified-lead figures and channel ranking.
The more consistently you qualify, the sharper our optimisation. Unqualified is just as useful to us as qualified — it tells us what to cut.

Get a PDF whenever you want

No waiting for a month-end deck.
  1. Set the Range at the top of the dashboard — all time, last 7 or 30 days, or a custom window.
  2. Click Download report (PDF). It's generated live from the same numbers on screen, branded for the campaign.
  3. Because it comes straight from live data you already see, there's no approval step or delay.

FAQ

I forgot my password

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. You'll get an email link to set a new one. New users use this same flow to replace their temporary password.

Why can't I see other clients?

Client logins are locked to their own account by design and by database security. Only agency logins see across clients.

The dashboard looks empty

Pick a client and campaign in the top-bar pickers. If it's a brand-new campaign, data appears once the agency starts entering daily numbers.

Light or dark mode?

Use the theme toggle in the top bar. Your choice is remembered on that device. This guide has its own toggle too.
