  1. Brief in — you send the campaign brief (or we capture it on a kickoff call).
  2. We draft — strategy, media plan and creative concepts prepared.
  3. You review — one consolidated round of feedback in a shared doc/thread.
  4. You approve — sign-off on plan and creative before anything is built.
  5. We schedule — campaigns built, tracking QA’d (see Go-Live QA).
  6. Live & optimise — we launch, monitor daily and report on cadence.
One consolidated feedback round keeps launches fast. Big mid-flight changes are handled as a new brief so nothing slips silently.
